WEEK 2 RECAP

Ladies and gentlemen, this week's power rankings. Settle in and let's get started.

1. THINK LIKE A MANNING
Another week, another huge performance from Philadelphia Eagle’s stars Michael Vick and DeSean Jackson. Think Like a Manning has overcome a lack of starting RBs to grab the top spot in the league. With Reggie Bush potentially sitting out this week, Think Like a Manning may finally be playing his RBs with confidence.

2. TEAM(YOUBETTA)TWERK!
Team (youbetta) Twerk got a monster performance from Aaron Rodgers and basically in one half of football. The rest of his team, however, couldn’t hold the line. Two injuries to Team Twerk’s starting running backs will be sending him to the waiver wire or trading block especially with Steven Jackson being sidelined for a few weeks. Victory ultimately was had, however, with a much needed win in Ticket to Ride.

3. DC KHALEESI
DC Khaleesi survived another week with 3 players scoring under 3 points. Her studs performed well and the surprise emergence of Knowshon Moreno as the top RB in Denver carried the team to victory…along with a helpful victory in Ticket to Ride.

4. TEBOW'S TINGLE
Tebow’s Tingle performed, well, like Tim Tebow. The team collectively had a good but not great week and seemingly got a victory in this week’s matchup until Team (youbetta) Twerk came roaring back in Ticket To Ride. The additional 30 points gave Tebow’s Tingle their first loss, but I wouldn’t count on AD and Frank Gore scoring a combined 12 points in the future. Tebow’s Tingle will be back on top soon enough.

5. CRANNOGMEN
The Crannogmen had a great week, with Jimmy Graham and Jordy Nelson both scoring over 20 points each. C.J. Spiller is still not living up to the hype that surrounded him before this season started, but he still helped eke out a victory for Crannogmen. Here’s hoping the three-eyed raven will lead the Crannogs to a victory in week three.

6. 50SHADESOFRAY(LEWIS)
The 50Shades saga continues with a loss this week after week one’s victory. The team’s running backs performed far below projections, and even though QB Andrew Luck had a great week, it was not enough to bring this team out of the (sex) dungeon. Let’s all hope this team’s RBs get their shit together for week three.

7. SUNDAY FUNDAY
This week was not so fun for Sunday Funday. James Jones went from 0 to 21 points, but the decision to bench the team’s top performing player Julio Jones proved to be fatal. The team does have a strong receiving core with the return of Josh Gordon and may see better days through some trading and less cautious play from RGIII.

8. LOVE ME HARBAUGHS
Love Me Harbaughs pulled off a victory this week after the narrow loss in week one and despite not being able to participate in Ticket to Ride. The team had a solid week two, with Darren McFadden scoring a surprising 15 points. Love Me Harbaughs may be wondering if TY Hilton has overtaken Reggie Wayne as Indy’s top WR. Trent Richardson’s trade to Indy should also increase his value while leaving Cleveland fans to look for next year.

9. BUKKICKERS
Golden Tate was bronze at best for the Bukkickers, though the team still managed a victory by a convincing 0.26 points. The team circled around Matty Ice Ryan and a much anticipated break out game from Calvin Johnson aka Megatron. Ray Rice’s injury will be of some concern, but the emergence of Giovani Bernand looks promising.

10. TOUCHDOWN YEEZUS
Chris Johnson’s mediocre performances so far this season have left Touchdown Yeezus desperately awaiting Gronk’s season debut. Yeezus’ team did outperform DC Khaleesi’s team on the field and but had victory snatched away by Double Ent-Andres’ evil hand.

11. DOUBLE ENT-ANDRES
Despite winning the battle of NFC QBs this week, the Double Ent-Andres lost the war. In a very close matchup, the team couldn’t withstand a huge day from Jimmy Graham. To spread the misery, the Double Ent-Andres were up to their usual tricks, ruining another team’s week by having the longest train in Ticket to Ride by one train, stealing victory from Katie M and handing it over to DC Khaleesi.

12. KRITTIKA'S TEAM
Another tough week for Krittika’s Team. The team overall performed very well but Tom Brady’s lack of weapons has left his fantasy year in doubt. Krittika’s team will also be anxiously awaiting Rob Gronkowski’s return to the field.

Good luck in week three everyone! Next bonus point contest will be poker, tentatively planned for Sunday Sept 29th at 1pm.
